Interview with Founder/President
I would like to take the time to highlight a very important interview that I was apart of with the advisor of Surviving Souls; and a leader of Project HEAL here at MSU and OTC, Miss Kunti Bentley. She has been an integral part of the success of the organization and inspiring to me as well. We discussed how the organization came to be, some challenges and accomplishments, and more! Please check it out below! Tell me your thoughts.

If you are living with a mental illness, it can be hard living from day to day. One thing to remember is that having a mental illness is not your fault and you cannot blame yourself for it. The most important thing you can do is educate yourself on what your mental illness does to you and your brain and figure out ways to cope with it. You are so much stronger than you realize. Do not believe everything your mind tells you. Remember you are in control of your feelings.
